- Create your interaction in the Interaction Builder
- Navigate to Publishing Settings.
- Select Start Menu:
- Navigate to Chat and Click on Open interaction:

Steps:
- Create your interaction that you want to be accessed from the Chat
- Navigate to Publishing Settings
- Select Send by Agent to Chat:
- Publish the changes
- Select Send interaction:
- The list of interactions is displayed:
- Select an example interaction. In this case, Book a test drive:
- Send the interaction. Now the user can schedule a Test drive:
