Manage members

The side panel offers a range of practical features for your agents.

If agents require or desire the assistance of their colleagues while chatting with a visitor, they can effortlessly invite their colleagues using the "Manage members" feature.

This feature provides:

1. An overview of the current chat members

2. Option to invite additional people or groups to the ongoing chat via side panel:

Or even faster by typing "@" as the 1st character in the chat input field.

While waiting for a colleague to accept the join request, it is possible to cancel the request.
