Message formatting

The markdown features are available using the toolbar row inside the chat window input field. Note that these features are supported when the messages will be received in giosg chat windows, but they are not available when the messages are sent to another messaging platform, such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or SMS.

Available formatting and elements:

Paragraph types: Heading large, Heading medium, Heading small, Body text
Text styles: Bold, Italic, Underline
Link
Lists: Bulleted list, Numbered list
Blockquote
Inline image

Message formatting

giosg chat messages support markdown formatting, which allows you to set text and paragraph appearance and type in messages, and use elements such as blockquotes, lists and inline images.
