Tagging chats

Tags are a tool for categorizing conversations for reporting purposes. Admin users are responsible for creating tags.

Tags can be used for categorizing conversations for reporting purposes. Tags are set by your admin users (visit this page for more info) and as an agent you can then add the appropriate tag(s) for your chats . 

There are 2 ways of adding tag(s) to a chat:

  1. In the chat input field type hashtag "#" to open all available tags:
  2. Or, click on the attachment controls sign "+", and then on "Chat tags".

Lastly, select the appropriate tag(s) for the conversation.
