Banning Visitors
For maintaining a secure and regulated environment, ensuring that agents have the tools to address disruptive or inappropriate behavior during support interactions.
The Agents have 3 different options:
- Temporarily Restrict Access
- Ban a Visitor for a specific duration, effectively limiting their access to the platform.
- Ban a Visitor for a specific duration, effectively limiting their access to the platform.
- Second Chance
- Offers the ability to unban a Visitor, providing flexibility in managing restrictions based on the nature of the issue or behavior.
3. IP-Level Control
a. Agents can choose to ban the entire IP address associated with the visitor, preventing them from accessing the platform from any device within that network.
