The agent profile card serves as a convenient way for agents to access and edit their settings based on their role permissions.
The Agents can access their profile cards by clicking on their avatar in the upper right corner:
The functionalities on the 1st page of the Agent profile card are listed here in order from top to bottom:
- The organization that the Agent is currently logged in with is displayed at the top of their avatar.
- They can change their profile picture by clicking on the image icon on top of their avatar.
- They have the ability to modify and save both their name and/or alias.
- This is the place where Agent's phone number is defined.
- When the Agent selects "Log out" it will log them out of the system, changing their status to "Offline" and making them unavailable for Visitor requests.
- By selecting "Settings" the Agent can access a page where they can make further adjustments to their settings. Here you'll find the Sound settings for incoming tasks.
