Adding the shopping cart feature for agents helps them see what visitors are interested in, making support more personal, boosting sales possibilities, and improving overall customer experience.
Agent can open this feature 2 ways:
- Quicker way
- the shopping cart visitor pill will be displayed only if the customer has it active and if the visitor has something in their cart. When the pill is pressed, it will automatically open a side panel called "Shopping cart."
- Longer way
- actively clicking on 3 dots and then "Shopping cart".
The Agent can:
- See the articles+prices the visitor has in their shopping cart
- See shopping cart's total value
- Get informed on when an item has been added or removed from the cart and when the entire cart was purchased.
The pre-requisite for using this feature is having the giosg Basket installed.
