      Activate chatting

      Before clicking the "Start" button to enable the chat on your webpage, all chat elements will remain hidden, therefore preventing visitors from initiating a chat with you.

      1. Your default status is set to "Inactive". To start serving your visitors, click "Start" from your profile menu.
      2. When your status changes to “Serving”, you will be able to accept new chats.
