Go Online to start serving your customers

The chat is available for your website visitors only if agents are Online. All chat elements are hidden if all agents are Offline.

Your default status is set to "Inactive" and "Offline. To start serving your visitors, set your status to "Online" from the top of the list view.

When you're done serving your clients, change your status to "Offline".
The system will also remind you to go offline when your service hours (as defined by a manager user here) are coming to an end. Read more about this here
